Lauren Hughes

Lauren Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lauren is the President and CEO of The Lotus Lineage, where they coach corporate women on emotional transformation, heals burnout and self-abandonment, and leads events for spiritual growth and personal development. Previously, they served as the VP of Partner Sales at an anonymous tech startup and as a Sales Leader at Talroo.

Prior to that, Lauren worked at ADP as an HCM Consultant and Sales Leader. During their time at ADP, they achieved outstanding results, including maintaining 110% of quota, being a President's Club achiever, and closing 14 new logos. Lauren also mentored teammates and cultivated strategic partnerships within the C-Suite.

Before ADP, Lauren worked at Adecco as a Senior Account Executive, at Ultimate Staffing as a Business Solutions Manager, and at Staff Force as an Account Manager. Lauren gained experience in full staffing life-cycle execution, fostering relationships with executives and hiring managers.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Logix Communications as an Account Manager. Lauren has consistently demonstrated leadership, achievement, and the ability to cultivate professional relationships throughout their career.

Lauren Hughes attended the University of New Orleans from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
