Ornella Leahong

Ornella Leahong is the Marketing and Communications Manager at IRG. Jamaican born, Ornella gained a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from a prominent business university in New Jersey during her professional career. She has lived and worked in 3 different countries where she has gained significant experience in entertainment, legal and service-based industries. Specialising in marketing and communications strategies, Ornella helps to evolve and leverage the distinguishing features of a property by utilising her broad skillset. Prior to joining IRG, Ornella was the Marketing Manager at a law firm in the Cayman Islands where she managed all aspects of the firm’s Marketing, Business Development, Advertising and Communications for all departments. She also has experience working with several media and entertainment companies in New York City where her responsibilities extended across marketing, editorials, business development, event management, and research. Ornella has a Masters of Science in Digital Marketing and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Advertising (Cum Laude Honours).
