Monique Wilds

Monique Wilds currently serves as People Success Manager at Iridium Business Solutions since December 2020, overseeing various aspects of employee engagement and development. Prior to this role, Monique held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Ocean Network Express SA (Pty) Ltd from December 2017 to November 2020 and served as HR Officer at Imperial Cold Logistics from November 2015 to November 2017. Monique holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Human Resource Management obtained from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2016 and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, completed in 2014.
