Todd Raynor

Todd Raynor possesses extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, telecommunications consulting, and supply chain management. Currently serving in a legal and compliance capacity at Iridium since September 2016, Todd previously operated as an independent consultant at Caten McGuire, focusing on negotiation strategies for telecommunications clients. At NII Holdings, Inc., Todd held the position of Senior Director, managing a multinational procurement team with an annual spend exceeding $800 million. Prior to that, Todd was the Director of Supply Chain Management at Sprint Nextel Corporation, overseeing a $2 billion procurement portfolio and supporting the expansion of the Boost Mobile brand. Todd began a consulting career at Deloitte, developing significant expertise in telecommunications requirements for Fortune 500 companies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University, along with additional studies at Georgetown University.
