Rob Reng

Rob Reng has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob is currently the Chief Product & Technology Officer at IRIS - Living Sound, where they oversee SaaS product development, technology and R&D. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor To The Board at companiions, providing strategic guidance and advice for the early-stage online marketplace.

Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Technology Officer at POD Point Ltd., a leading supplier of Electric Vehicle charging solutions. During their tenure, they directed the technology and product strategy, leading to significant growth and recognition for the company, including winning the Evening Standard Business Awards tech start-up of the year in 2017.

Before that, they were the CTO at Jukedeck, an award-winning start-up that developed an AI composer for music licensing. The product gained recognition, including winning Tech Crunch Disrupt and Cannes Innovation Lion Gold in 2016.

Rob also held leadership positions at Zone, where they served as the Technology Director, and TEQUILA/TBWA Advertising Agency, where they were the Technology & Innovations Director. At Zone, they played a crucial role in transitioning the company into a full-service digital business and integrating acquired businesses. At TEQUILA/TBWA, they led the development of mobile apps and web experiences for renowned brands and organizations.

Earlier in their career, Rob served as the Head of Digital at Colman Rasic and as the Web Projects Leader at Fairfax Media, overseeing web projects and leading digital production respectively.

Rob began their career as a C++ Engineer at the Financial Times, where they developed an automatic indexing solution and rose through the ranks, eventually serving as a Technical Lead. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at Dorling Kindersley.
