Ekta Ghadle

Ekta Ghadle is a professional currently serving as an ESG Executive in Product Management at IRIS Business Services Limited since March 2024. Ghadle has previously held positions as a Sustainability Intern at Marico Limited and Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where expertise in ESG subject matter and corporate sustainability reporting was developed. Additional experience includes a Sustainability Intern role at Envint focusing on SASB and GRI Standards, as well as a Market Research Intern position at HCLTech. Ghadle is pursuing an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and has completed an immersion program in Sustainability Studies at Mannheim Business School.
