Henning Krause has a diverse work experience. Henning started their career at Laufenberg Computersysteme GmbH & Co. KG as a Sales Consultant from July 2000 to February 2005. Henning then joined Kofax as an Account Manager from March 2005 to December 2006, and later as a Regional Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe from January 2007 to August 2007. In September 2007, they founded their own consulting company, Henning Krause Consulting, where they worked until November 2007. Henning then joined I.R.I.S. AG and held various roles, including Partner Sales Manager from December 2007 to December 2011, Head of Partner Sales Central Europe from January 2012 to December 2013, Sales Director Partner (EMEA) from January 2014 to December 2015, and finally Vice President Partner Sales (EMEA) from January 2016 onwards.

Henning Krause completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2003 to 2007, they attended FOM Essen and obtained a Diploma in Legal Studies, General. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration.
