Ruzanna Hovhannisyan

Ruzanna Hovhannisyan has a diverse work experience. Ruzanna started their career as an English Teacher at The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov in 2013, where they taught English and other languages. In 2013, they also worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Oracle|LiveLOOK, providing support to customers. In 2015, Ruzanna joined Oracle as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for testing cloud-based, real-time visual collaboration technology. Ruzanna later transitioned to the role of QA Engineer at Oracle, where they continued testing and ensuring the quality of customer interactions. In 2022, Ruzanna joined iris Dating as a QA Engineer.

Ruzanna Hovhannisyan received their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, graduating in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Tester, Foundation Level Agile Tester certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in April 2022. In October 2016, they participated in the Oracle Accessibility Conference. Furthermore, they completed the QA Fundamentals course provided by Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia in July 2016. Ruzanna also has a certification as an English Teacher for Beginners from an unspecified institution. Additionally, they hold an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
