Yasemin Rice

Yasemin Rice has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yasemin is currently employed at Iris as a Sr. Solutions Engineer. Prior to this, they owned and operated Red Poppy Bakery, where they served as the Owner, Baker, Designer, and Decorator. Yasemin also worked as an Early Childhood Montessori Teacher at School In The Hills. In addition, Yasemin held leadership positions at Civitas Learning as a Sr. Director of Solution Engineering and at Lithium Technologies as a Principal Sales Engineer. Yasemin also worked at Bazaarvoice as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Project Manager. Before that, Yasemin was a Programmer Analyst III at National Instruments and a Developer at i2 Technologies, Inc. Yasemin started their career as a Java Developer at Garden.com.

Yasemin Rice pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting in 1996 when they attended The University of Texas at Austin. Yasemin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics in the year 2000. Following a significant gap in their education, they later enrolled at the Center for Guided Montessori Studies in 2019. Here, they obtained Montessori Teacher Certification with a specialization in Early Childhood (3-6 years) in the year 2020.
