Ursula Blanc is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and program evaluation, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation at Iris House, Inc. since January 2013. With expertise in overseeing quality improvement projects and conducting comprehensive evaluations, Ursula manages extensive qualitative and quantitative data analysis, prepares reports, and conducts staff training. Iris House provides services for women, families, and communities infected with and by HIV/AIDS. In addition to provision of family-centered services that promote prevention, education, and awareness, Iris House also offers practical services that address the day-to-day needs and reality of living with HIV/AIDS. Iris House provides nutritional counseling and meal programs, intensive case management, scatter-site housing, mental health services and support groups, plus job and life skills training.
