Jonathan Logan

Jonathan Logan is a Senior Device Engineer and Consultant at Iris Light Technologies since January 2021. Previously, Logan worked as a Scientist at Alcorix Co. from October 2017 to August 2020, where the focus was on x-ray micro-optics and microfabrication projects. Experience includes serving as the Entrepreneurial Lead for the Energy I-Corps and Hybrid Silicon Lasers teams at Argonne National Laboratory, alongside a role as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Argonne from October 2014 to October 2017, where notable research involved the invention of a heat-assisted sputter deposition method. Educational background includes a PhD in Physics from the University of Chicago and earlier degrees from the same institution and the University of Florida.
