Jeremy W Elrod

Jeremy W Elrod started their career in 2002 as a Foreman Fiber Deployment at Parker Fibernet LLC. Jeremy W was involved in building large-scale fiber optic networks across the southern US and Alaska. Jeremy W also gained experience in fiber deployment, termination, building entrance, equipment installation, customer integration, support, and service delivery.

In 2006, Jeremy joined Covista Communications as a Senior IP Network Administrator. Jeremy W worked with the director of network engineering to maintain an IP network that supported data transport and carrier voice traffic. Jeremy W also worked on an optical transport network in the Chattanooga TN area. One of their notable projects was the deployment of Motorola Canopy Wireless Radios for the construction site of the new Volkswagen plant.

Later at Covista, Jeremy took on the role of Sr Sales Engineer where they reported to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Jeremy W assisted Covista's enterprise sales team in building viable solutions for business customers in the Chattanooga market. Jeremy W also organized solutions for small and large business customers, including Volkswagen Group of America's Chattanooga manufacturing facility.

In 2009, Jeremy joined iRis Networks as a Systems Engineer. Jeremy W played a key role in supporting sales and covering multiple product platforms. iRis Networks provided data transport, voice transit, and video transcode services in a market covering four states in the southeast. Jeremy was involved in deploying a new transport platform that significantly increased their transport offerings.

At iRis Networks, Jeremy also had the role of Sales Engineer. Jeremy W worked to support sales and promote various services including Equipment Colocation, Off-Air Video Services, and access to core infrastructure in multiple locations.

Overall, Jeremy W Elrod has extensive experience in fiber optic network deployment, IP network maintenance, sales engineering, and providing viable solutions for business customers.

Jeremy W Elrod earned an Associate of Applied Information Technology / Networking degree from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Chattooga High School between 1998 and 2001.
