Elridge D'Mello has been working in the software engineering industry since 2002. Elridge began their career as a Software Test Engineer at Ephibian, Inc. in 2002. Elridge then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Arizona from 2004 to 2005, and a Web Software Engineer at Emerge.MD in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Programmer Analyst II at National Instruments, where they were responsible for research, evaluation, and prototyping of solutions to improve the availability of customer-facing web applications, as well as designing and developing robust Java web applications and libraries. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at DrillingInfo. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Product Engineer at CognitiveScale. Elridge is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Iris Plans.
Elridge D'Mello attended the University of Arizona from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 2004, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Engineering in 2006.
