Previously, Dan held multiple leadership roles within SD Worx, including Manager of International Service Delivery Management and Global Service Delivery Manager, as well as International Customer Support Manager. Dan's early career included positions at House of Fraser as Customer Relations Manager and at Teleperformance as Customer Service Team Manager.
