Laura Kirrane

Laura Kirrane is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as HR Operations Team Lead at IRIS Software Group since June 2016, following the acquisition of Cascade HR Ltd where Laura held roles from HR Co-Ordinator to HR Assistant between August 2010 and May 2016. At IRIS, responsibilities have included managing HR systems, data quality, contract generation, and employee inquiries. Academically, Laura holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Leeds Beckett University and a BA Hons in Business and Management Studies from the same institution, complemented by A Levels and GCSE qualifications.
