Nicoleta Ciobanu

Nicoleta Ciobanu is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager currently with IRIS Software Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nicoleta served as a Delivery Manager at Nymphis Technologies, where responsibilities included facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching on best practices, and managing stakeholders. Additional experience includes engagements at Brillio as an Engagement Manager and as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on project ownership, team guidance, and stakeholder relations. Nicoleta's career spans multiple project management roles with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies, including positions at Cognetik, AWE EUROPE, and in various marketing consultant capacities. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from Universitatea din Oradea, complemented by an HNC in Social Sciences from North East Scotland College.
