Mazlan Zakaria possesses extensive experience in IT management and support, having served as Support Manager at IRIS Corporation Berhad from November 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a project support team and developing operational manuals. Prior to this, Mazlan worked at IBM from August 2010 to May 2021 in various roles, including Change Manager for Qantas Airways, Service Availability Manager for New Zealand commercial cloud clients, and Wintel Server Scripting Engineer for ABN-AMBRO Bank in the Netherlands. Previous positions also include Application Support Engineer at HP and IB Technologies Sdn Bhd, and Software Engineer at Global Interactive Technology Sdn Bhd. Mazlan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from University Putra Malaysia, completed between 1998 and 2001.
