Emma Rushinal

Emma Rushinal currently serves as the HR & Recruiting Manager at IRIS USA, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Emma accumulated extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, having worked at Fry's Food and Drug from January 2015 to June 2023 in various positions including District HR Specialist and Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Trainer at Carvana from March 2021 to June 2022, and earlier roles as a Case Manager at Florida Therapy Services and Twin Oaks Juvenile Development. Emma began a career in hospitality at Hobbit Hoagies American Bar and Grill as a Bartender/Server from January 2001 to January 2006. Emma holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
