Alden Davis

Alden Davis is an experienced professional in resource and project management operations, currently serving as the Head of Resource & Project Management Operations at Iris since October 2025. Prior to this, Alden held leadership roles at Dentsu Creative as VP of Operations & Resource Management and at dentsu international as Director of Creative Talent. Alden's extensive background in the creative sector includes positions at 360i, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager to Associate Director of Creative Resource Management, as well as a role as Project Manager at Deutsch. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Ryan Brown Catering, where event planning and marketing strategy were key components. Alden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Bates College.
