Lisa Richards

Lisa Richards, PMP, is a seasoned program manager and scrum master currently serving at Iris since March 2019, where responsibilities include leveraging expertise in advanced marketing analytics and customer journey management to enhance customer relationships. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at 89 Degrees from October 2015 to March 2019, and interlinkONE from 2013 to 2015, where project and program management skills were honed through the management of various technology projects. Lisa's earlier experience as general manager at Four Seasons Greenery, LLC from 2003 to 2013 involved overseeing landscape design projects for commercial clients in the Boston area. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Northeastern University and a BFA in Sculpture from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
