This is a full-time, in-office position based in Karachi, Pakistan.

We're looking to onboard an experienced Digital Marketing specialist to lead and scale our digital marketing operations. This role will require you to develop and manage the relevant team and be responsible for both internal and external digital marketing operations.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, increase visibility and ultimately achieve business objectives.

More specifically, your responsibilities in this role will include: Strategy Development: Developing and implementing overall, business driven, digital marketing strategies. Team Leadership: Developing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals to efficiently and effectively achieve business objectives. Campaign Management: Managing the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email and content marketing. Budget Management: Managing digital marketing budgets effectively. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. SEO and Content Marketing: Overseeing SEO strategies and content marketing initiatives to improve organic search visibility, in-bound leads, website traffic, and brand authority. Website Optimisation: Collaborating with development and design teams to optimise website performance, UX and CRO. Data-driven Decision Making: Utilising data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour, market trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise effectiveness. Stakeholder Communication: Proactively liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate effective communication and operations.

As the perfect fit for this role, you will be: Coming from an agency background, with over five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing at a managerial level. Possessing a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices, including PPC, SEO, social media, email and content marketing. Experienced with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
