Norine Chang is an accomplished Research Engineer at Palo Alto Research Center since June 2004, following a tenure as a Research Intern. In addition to technical expertise, Norine held leadership roles at Fortnightly Music Club, serving as President from May 2015 to May 2017, and Program Chair and Instrumental Chair from May 2011 to May 2014. Norine earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford University, completing the undergraduate degree in 2004.
