Aoife Mc Namara is currently the Head of Education and Engagement at the Irish Cancer Society, where Aoife has held various roles since November 2007. Prior to that, Aoife worked as an Oncology Nurse at St James Hospital in Dublin from March 2004 to November 2007. Before that, Aoife held various staff nurse roles across multiple hospitals in both the Health Service Executive and the Australian Health System from November 2001 to February 2004. Aoife has a Bachelor in Nursing Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Graduate Diploma in Cancer Care (Adult) from University College Dublin, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Psycho-Oncology from Dublin City University. Currently, Aoife is pursuing a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management at UCD Professional Academy.
