Nicola O'Malley

Nicola O'Malley currently serves as HR Director for Irish Cement Ltd and Ireland Materials at CRH since February 2023. With over two decades of experience, Nicola has been the Head of Human Resources at Irish Cement Limited since February 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick (1999-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin (1994-1998).
