Ray Molyneaux

Ray Molyneaux has extensive work experience in the cement industry. Ray started their career at Irish Cement in 2002, where they held various positions including Human Resources Manager and Process Manager at the Platin Works. In 2006, they became the Works Engineer/Maintenance Manager, responsible for managing maintenance activities and overseeing capital expenditure projects. Ray later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where they ensured safe and efficient operations at the Platin and Limerick Works, meeting production targets and complying with regulatory requirements. In 2015, they were promoted to Sales and Marketing Director and played a key role in driving the company's sales strategies. Recently, in 2022, they became the Managing Director of Irish Cement Limited. In addition to their roles at Irish Cement, Ray Molyneaux has also served as the Chairperson of Octabuild since 2021, where they are involved in industry promotion and awards.

Ray Molyneaux obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin between 1992 and 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA at Dublin City University from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Business.
