Brian McKenna

Brian McKenna has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Marine & Safety Manager at Irish Continental Group (ICG) plc since August 2016. Prior roles include Marine Manager and Ship's Master at Matrix Ship Management LTD, along with consulting and surveying at McKenna Maritime. Other significant positions include Ship's Master at Dobson Fleet Management and various roles at Irish Ferries, including Marine Superintendent and Staff Captain. Brian's career began at ExxonMobil as a Deck Officer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Maritime Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University, a B.Sc. in Nautical Science from the National Maritime College of Ireland, and various other maritime qualifications.
