Mairead Griffin

Mairead Griffin has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mairead is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Microsoft from 2016 to 2018. Mairead also served as the Director at Cpl Jobs Ireland from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PCH International in 2013. Mairead's work experience also includes a role as a Recruitment Manager at United Drug from 2011 to 2013. Mairead started their career as a Career Coach at Gaelic Players Association in 2010 and had various roles at HRM Recruitment Group from 1999 to 2008, including Deputy Operations Director and Manager of the HR Selection Team.

Mairead Griffin has a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Irish Times Training, a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Robert Gordon University, and a BSc in Sport Science/Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary's University, Twickenham.
