Anita Smyth

Anita Smyth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anita started as an Office Junior at Dermot Lavery & Co. in 1997, followed by a role as a Junior Office Clerk at Esther McGahon McGuinness & Co. Anita then transitioned to the healthcare sector, initially as an IT Student at HSE in 1999. Moving on, they served as a Recycling Admin Manager at The Shabra Group for over 16 years. In 2007, they became a Committee Member at Shabra Charity Foundation. More recently, they worked at Irish HomeCare, starting as a Compliance Officer in 2018, then progressing to Compliance Manager in 2020, and finally taking on the role of Head Of Project Management Office in 2020.

Anita Smyth pursued their education starting with a Leaving Certificate from Inver College in 1995. Anita then went on to complete a National Certificate in Computing at Dundalk Institute of Technology in 1996. Additionally, they obtained a National Certificate in Computing - IT Support from the same institute in 2000. In 2008, Anita completed two programs at Maynooth University, one in Communications & Group Skills for Managers and another in Training and Continuing Education.
