Paul Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul currently holds the position of Customer Journey Design Lead at Irish Life since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Design Lead at Wipro Digital for almost 8 years, where they gained expertise in experience design, research, concept modeling, prototyping, and user testing. Before that, they served as the Head of UX at Arekibo, where they were responsible for UX design, user research, and developing UX strategies. Paul also worked as an Information Architect and Design Lead at Fidelity Investments, a Lead UX Analyst at iQ Content (Each & Other), and as a User Experience Specialist and Master Software Engineer at Ericsson. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Engineer at Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd, where they developed management systems and programming.

Paul Harrison earned a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Limerick in 1989.
