Shane Carroll is a seasoned executive in product management and customer experience, currently serving as the Executive Manager for Product Management at Irish Life since March 2020, where Shane leads the development of the Smart Invest digital investment app. Prior roles include Innovation Hub Executive Manager at Irish Life, where Shane applied lean start-up principles to create Fintech MVPs, and Head of Customer Experience & Project Management Office at Takaud Savings and Pensions B.S.C., responsible for customer service and business development. With extensive experience in various roles in financial services, including product management and digital marketing, Shane holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Product Management from University College Dublin and possesses qualifications as a Financial Advisor.
