Alison's career at Aviva spanned from October 2000 to July 2016, where various positions included Team Leader of Pension ARFs, AMRFs, and Annuities, Team Leader of the Onshore Support Team, Training Coordinator for off-shored pension procedures, and Team Leader of the Customer Focused Team, starting as a team member on the Norwich Union portfolio admin team.
