Rebecca Shanahan

Rebecca Shanahan has over 18 years of experience in the pension and financial services industry, currently serving in a strategic role focused on change and innovation at Irish Life Customer Solutions since July 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Senior Manager for Corporate Partnerships at Irish Life Corporate Business from July 2017 to September 2024, and before that, served as Staff Pensions Manager for the Irish Life Group. Starting in 2005, Rebecca worked as a Benefit Solutions Consultant, guiding various stakeholders through defined benefit pension scheme restructures. Early career experience includes roles as an Actuarial Trainee in Defined Benefit Pensions and Corporate Risk Pricing. Rebecca holds multiple diplomas and degrees from esteemed institutions, including a Bachelor of Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Pensions Management and Policy from the National College of Ireland.
