Ann Caffrey

Ann Caffrey is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach currently at Connacht Rugby since September 2015, where responsibilities include gym, pitch, and recovery program prescriptions. Ann has served in various roles within Connacht Rugby such as Regional S&C Coach and has contributed to U19 Interprovincial success, finishing 2nd, as well as helping the U18s become Interpro Champions in 2018. Additionally, Ann has held positions with the Irish Rugby Football Union and previously worked with Mayo Senior Ladies GAA and Galway Ladies GAA, designing fitness sessions for teams. Ann's academic background includes a Master of Science in Sports Performance from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Health from Dublin City University.
