Colin Moran

Colin Moran is a seasoned professional in rugby development and education, currently serving as the National Training and Education Manager at the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) since August 2008. In this role, Colin is responsible for coordinating domestic rugby training and education programs, managing eLearning and Learning Management Systems, and collaborating with various IRFU departments. Prior to this position, Colin served as the National Coach Development Officer at IRFU from 2002 to 2008, where responsibilities included training and mentoring volunteers, managing staff, and developing course resources. Colin's earlier roles include Rugby Development Officer positions with Leinster Rugby and Munster Rugby, and teaching Physical Education and English in secondary schools. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and English and a CIPD Award in Coaching and Consulting from National College of Ireland.
