Daragh Sheridan Ph.D. CPsychol is an experienced professional in high-performance coaching and sports psychology. Currently serving as the Head of High Performance Coach Development at the Irish Rugby Football Union, Daragh has previously held significant roles, including Chartered Psychologist at The British Psychological Society, Manager of High Performance Coaching at High Performance Sport New Zealand, and Head of Capability & Expertise at Sport Ireland Institute. Additionally, Daragh has been involved as a Programme Lead for the Pursuit of Excellence Programme and as Head of Performance Skills. Educationally, Daragh holds a Doctorate from the University of Stirling, focused on the role of social support in youth sport, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence from the Irish Management Institute.
