Gillian Whelan

Gillian Whelan has extensive experience in customer care and retail management, currently serving as Head of Customer Care & Complaints and previously as Customer Care Manager at the Irish Wheelchair Association since January 2018. Prior to this, Gillian worked at Meagher's Pharmacy Group from March 2016 to January 2018 as a Marketing Executive, overseeing the marketing calendar for eight stores and the online store, and held the position of Manager from June 2011 to January 2018, leading a team and driving retail success in a competitive environment. Earlier experience includes serving as Tommy Hilfiger Brand Manager at Arnotts from 2007 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and staff training. Gillian's educational background includes attendance at Colaiste Bride Clondalkin from 1999 to 2005.
