Mary Jo Leatham

Mary Jo Leatham currently serves as the Director of ICT at the Irish Wheelchair Association, a role held since January 2021. Prior to this position, Mary Jo worked as an Independent Consultant from December 2016 to January 2021, offering Project and Change Management services to various organizations, including DAA and FOD. Experience includes a tenure at Paddy Power Betfair as a Senior Project Manager from April 2012 to September 2016, overseeing diverse cross-functional initiatives. Mary Jo also has extensive experience in HR technology consulting, having owned Caisliu Consulting Ltd from August 2001 to January 2013 and held functional consultant roles for Oracle HRMS implementations at Bord na Móna and Hibernian Insurance. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland, earned in 2009.
