Andrew Bucolo has a strong background in finance and credit risk, with extensive experience in managing portfolios and analyzing financial data. Andrew began their career at Bank of America in 1993, where they served as a Vice President and managed a $400 million credit portfolio. In this role, they also co-managed a team of credit professionals and performed in-depth financial and industry analysis. In 2001, Bucolo joined Madison Capital Funding LLC as a Managing Director and played a key role in building the company into a leading middle market leveraged finance lender, overseeing $10 billion in assets. Andrew served as Co-Head of Business Development and led a team in developing new business with private equity firms. In 2018, they joined Chicago as a Senior Finance and Credit Risk Executive. In 2019, Bucolo took on additional responsibilities as a Member and Deal Lead of the Investment Committee at IrishAngels. Later in 2019, they founded ILAC Ventures, LLC, where they currently serve as the Founder and Managing Partner.
Andrew Bucolo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Management & Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
