David Wieland

David Wieland has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David is currently the Founder and Managing Partner at Motivate Venture Capital, an investment firm that focuses on investing in high-growth potential startups. David also founded Firesale.ai and serves as the Founder. David is the Chairman and Primary Owner of Interviewing.com and serves as a Board Member at Valiot and Fulcrum. In addition, they are the Owner of Cardigan Ventures, a family office that invests directly in early-stage ventures and other alternative investments. David is a Co-Founder and former Chairman of IrishAngels. David Wieland is the Founder and Managing Director of iEstates, a holding company focused on small-cap digital assets. David also served as the Founder, Founding Investor, and Board Member at RIVS Interviewing Technologies, a company that provides video hiring and interview scheduling platforms. Lastly, they were the Founder and Director of the Board at InnFlux, a company they co-founded and later sold a majority stake in to private equity and then to Cloud5.

David Wieland's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 2001, they attended the University of Notre Dame, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Government.

In 2002 and 2003, they pursued additional studies at Northwestern University, focusing on Wireless Technologies.

Between 2010 and 2012, David attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business.

In 2018, they completed a program in Executive Education with a concentration in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School Executive Education.

In addition to their formal education, in March 2017, David obtained certification as an Executive Bourbon Whiskey Steward from the Stave and Thief Society.
