James Lord-McIntosh

James Lord-McIntosh has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. In 2013, they were a Team Member - Replenishment at Bunnings Alexandria, where they were responsible for both replenishing stock and providing excellent customer service. James then worked as a Content Enrichment Manager at SKUvantage from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for managing the team and systems that gather content for the clients of SKUvantage. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Macquarie IT Australia, where they were responsible for ensuring the client's requirements were understood, met and exceeded. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Network 10 as an Associate Product Manager and Product Manager, where they were responsible for internal products, customer support solutions and for the end-to-end product management of 10play.com.au. Finally, they have been a Senior Product Manager at xDesign since 2020, where they have worked fully remote and successfully delivered multiple projects, working with new startups as well as major UK and international brands on a variety of B2B & B2C internal and customer facing apps.
