Julianne Vitt has over 15 years of experience in customer success management. Julianne began their career in 2006 as a Client Relations Manager and Senior Client Services Specialist at Veritix. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Client Services at StyleSelect Technologies, where they were responsible for writing, designing and implementing all User Guide documentation. In 2016, Julianne moved to StarRez as a Senior Account Manager, where they were the primary point of contact for a territory of 80+ accounts in higher education software. In 2017, they became a Customer Success Manager at Altvia Solutions, LLC. Julianne then moved to Convercent in 2018 as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. Most recently, Julianne began working at Workiva in 2020 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Julianne is currently employed as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at IriusRisk.

Julianne Vitt attended Cleveland State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
