Alberto Soragna

Alberto Soragna has a strong background in robotics engineering and data science. Alberto started their career at KUKA Robotics in 2017 as a software developer, where they worked on algorithms for exploration of industrial environments and map representation. In 2018, Alberto Soragna joined Musixmatch as a data scientist, specializing in machine learning and AI techniques for natural language processing. Later that year, they transitioned to iRobot, where they held various roles including vision and robotics engineer, senior robotics software engineer, and currently serves as the Principal Robotics Engineer.

Alberto Soragna pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Alberto attended this institution from 2012 to 2015. Later, they enrolled at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
