Chanda Bergman

Chanda Bergman currently serves as the Director of Bids & Proposals at Iron Bow Technologies since January 2023. With significant expertise in proposal management, Chanda has held senior roles such as Senior Proposal Manager at NCS Technologies, Inc., and Manager of Bids and Proposal Services at UNICOM Government Inc. Chanda co-founded and manages Bergman Autowerks, an automotive repair business initiated in 2013, overseeing operations, vendor relationships, and customer service. Chanda’s extensive experience also includes positions at STG, Link Solutions, and Logicon, where responsibilities ranged from managing compliance with federal proposals to providing administrative support. Chanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Management and Leadership from the University of Mary Washington and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Germanna Community College.
