Matthew Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. MATTHEW started their career as a Commercial Contract Administrator at C.G. WERTHER MARKETING AB, where they worked from 1993 to 1997. Later, they joined Saab and held various roles, including Planner/Purchaser and Pricing Analyst. During their time at Saab, Matthew was part of a strategic pricing team and contributed to sales promotions and market research. In 2001, Matthew joined Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as a Senior Pricing Analyst, Senior Buyer (Team Leader), and Senior Subcontract Administrator. MATTHEW ensured compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and implemented cost-effective purchasing processes. From 2006 to 2009, Matthew worked at SAIC as a Senior Buyer, managing high-value, complex acquisition contracts. MATTHEW then joined Raytheon as a Principal Financial Analyst, focusing on financial analysis and cost reporting for government programs. In 2018, Matthew joined Leonardo DRS and held positions of Senior Financial Analyst and Principal Buyer (Spares Lead), contributing to project setup and maintenance, financial forecasting, and procurement support for large-scale proposals. Since 2020, Matthew has been working as a Senior Project Control Analyst at Iron Bow Technologies, where they are responsible for cost control, financial data management, and project reconciliation.
