Michael H. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Michael is currently working as a Cisco Collaboration Software Engineer at Iron Bow Technologies since August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Manager Converged Data Services at EXPRESS from March 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Collaboration Solutions Architect at Presidio from April 2019 to March 2021. Michael also served as the Payments Engineering and Unified Communication Manager at The Wendy's Company from April 2012 to March 2019. Before that, they were a Cisco Voice Network Engineer at CBTS from April 2008 to April 2012. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Blue Star. Michael started their career as a Network Administrator at Cincinnati Christian University from November 2000 to June 2005.

Michael H. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
