Mikayla Martin's work experience begins in 2019 with an internship at Evergreen Advisors, where they coordinated meeting logistics and developed skills in marketing-related software. In 2020, they interned at the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI), designing and promoting engaging content for the organization's website and social media, increasing impressions on various platforms. Later in 2020, Mikayla served as a Marketing Intern at a Chick-fil-A Franchise, where they developed procedures for identifying marketing needs and gained an understanding of corporate marketing strategies. Currently, Mikayla is a Field Marketing Strategist at Iron Bow Technologies, responsible for developing detailed event plans and creating social media content.

Mikayla Martin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Towson University, with an expected completion date in 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include the HubSpot Email Marketing Certification and the HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification, both obtained in 2021. Mikayla also holds a Microsoft Excel (Office 2016) certification earned in 2021. Mikayla has further expanded their expertise through the Google Ads: Measurement Certification achieved in 2020 and the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification also obtained in 2020.
