Scott Garnett

Scott Garnett, CTP has over three decades of work experience in various roles related to treasury management, credit and collections, and contract specialist. Scott began their career as a Regional Manager at Security Pacific/Bank of America, where they managed a team of 20 and achieved significant collections growth. Scott then moved on to Savin Corporation, where they served as the Credit/Collections Manager, implementing process improvements and managing federal accounts receivable. Following that, Scott joined GTSI CORP n/k/a UNICOM Government Inc. as the Sr. Treasury Manager, where they successfully negotiated a new corporate credit facility, resulting in positive cash flow and effectively managed an investment portfolio. Currently, they hold the position of Contract Specialist at Iron Bow Technologies, LLC. Scott is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and has demonstrated expertise in various treasury and financial management areas throughout their career.

Scott Garnett, CTP has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Scott also has an AS degree in Education from the same institution. In addition, they hold a certification in Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals in Bethesda, MD, which they obtained in July 2002.
