Adam Smith

Adam Smith has extensive work experience in the property management and real estate industry. Adam started their career in 2000 as a Building Consultant at Skyline Buildings and then worked as a Senior Property Investment Consultant at Harwood Pacific from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Chard Lettings as a Property Manager and Lettings Negotiator. Since 2005, Adam has been working at Iron Bridge Property Group, where they hold the roles of Director and Principal at Iron Bridge Real Estate and Director of Iron Bridge Property Management. In these positions, they lead a team of professionals and focuses on connecting people with property.

Adam Smith's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Canterbury. Adam also obtained a National Diploma in Real Estate and a Real Estate Salespersons Certificate from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. Additionally, Adam attended St Andrew's College in Christchurch.
