Claudia Folzman

Claudia Folzman, LEED AP ID+C, is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, co-founding Iron Construction, Inc. in August 2001, where Claudia also served as President in 2014. Prior to this, Claudia held the position of Past President at IFMA Silicon Valley in 2012 and accumulated experience as a Project Manager at DPR Construction, Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Co. from 1989 to 1997. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
