The Directors Team at IRON County Medical Care Facility is responsible for overseeing and coordinating their respective departments—Admissions, Human Resources, Purchasing, Technology & HIPAA Security, Plant Operations, and Diversional Therapy—to ensure the delivery of quality resident-centered care. This team works collaboratively to create a supportive environment for residents and their families, addressing both operational and compliance needs while enhancing overall facility performance.
